Opis klienta:
Our client is an international company from the production and trade industry.
Zakres odpowiedzialności:
- Customer service in general over the phone and E-mail.
- Supporting web-shop (customer service/complains)
- Managing customer orders
- Contact to logistical manager
- Follow up on backorders
- Follow up on delivery times
- Daily support of country Manager and customers
- Treatment of complaints
- Working with company and customers database files
- Making and Printing statistics
- Updating pricelist and prices
- Follow up on payments
- Service/information flow to bookkeeping in Holland
- Maintain and order office material (stationary goods + computer, etc.)
- Translations of product content
- Managing invoices of company Local Unit
- Putting together Invoice Specifications for Customer bonuses and credit notes.
- Making of credit notes.
Profil kandydata:
- Polish/Czech/English on a proficient communication level – spoken and written
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital Marketing will be beneficial
- Good computer skills with ability to learn new things
- Good social and communicative skills
- Good listener with a sufficient level of empathy
- Education – Degree level (ideally in administration/or marketing)
- Willingness to learn
