Client Description:
As a D365 CRM Specialis, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the D365 CRM system to meet business needs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to translate end user requirements into effective software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize D365 CRM, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance standards.
Translate end user requirements into software capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support presales activities.
Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance system functionality.
Ensure agile delivery of projects, meeting multiple deadlines across various workstreams.
Handle sensitive data with care, implementing complex access and security models.
Integrate CRM with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operation.
Candidate Profile:
6+ years of experience in similar roles, specifically with D365 CRM.
Experience in the finance sector is a plus.
