Client Description:

We're recruiting for a global company from banking sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reporting of accommodation status in Poland
  • Monitoring active file status
  • Regular income reporting for tax purposes
  • Arranging accommodation (temporary and long term) through approved suppliers
  • Point of contact for Ukraine employees, Management and HR, vendors, properties owners
  • Point of Contact for HRSS Escalations
  • Day to Day management of queries coming into team inbox (DL)
  • Support briefing calls with employees on benefits and preparation/sharing of summary email by way of follow up.
  • Clarification on questions related to policies, communicating immigration updates verified with Supplier to local HR etc.
  • Case handling of Stakeholder escalations where required
  • Touch point for all Reference letter enquiries from HRSS and employees.
  • Monitoring utilities payments (from lease agreements), assure timely payments
  • Entering online initiations for all types of moves i.e. with and without relocation package including non-standard services
  • Requisition creation and data entry
  • HRSS TAO case creation in HR Help Centre for Expatriate & STA moves
  • Monitoring background screening updates
  • Liaising with HRSS on Right to Work checks and Onboarding tasks
  • Maintain lease agreement documentation in order
  • Overseeing assignment letter preparation and any other formalities for inbound assignments
  • Following up with Stakeholders for required documentation in relation to immigration applications
  • Managing tax status requests with tax team for STA’s
  • Identify efficiencies to be achieved through creating templates for standard email responses
  • Coding invoices in the system
  • Processing accounting of Mobility services
  • Tracking & monitoring KPI’s/SLA’s and producing reports to show processes effectiveness and efficiency


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent in Polish and Ukrainian
  • Very good command of English (at least at B2 level)
