Opis klienta:

Our client - a global leader in providing cargo handling equipment solutions is looking for Team Leader for Warranty Team.


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Manage the Warranty team.
  • Focus on individual development, good and safe work environment and team results.
  • Establish and follow-up on annual budget, action plans, target setting and KPI´s. Reporting and perform monthly reviews on business performance.
  • Ensure the quality of the work meets the customer expectations.
  • Authority to accept/reject claims within set budget.
  • Process owner of warranty processes (claim administration, accounting, parts return management, supplier claiming).
  • Responsible for development of the warranty model and warranty terms and conditions.
  • Ensure proper warranty handling.
  • Improvement of the operative processes.
  • Ensure warranty data analytics and feedback to all forums working in constant improvement.
  • Improve the visibility of warranty information and introduce advancements in claim processing, reducing the possibility of fraud.
  • Case pre-analysis, filter & distribute internally. Secure fast feedback loops.
  • Manage C-Care support and training.
  • Maintain and update warranty documentation.
  • Responsible for warranty master data incl. workcodes and labour rates.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Operate warranty back-office administration (e.g. accounting, data quality) and supplier claiming feedback and parts return.


Profil kandydata:

  • Academic degree in engineering/quality, management/economy.
  • Several years of customer/product service and support management.
  • Leading role for at least 2-3 years on top-middle management level, preferably in a global environment.
  • Leading, coordinating or managing projects and training operations.
  • Project management.
  • Communication and customer support.
  • Experience with IT systems for customer support/service operations/financial systems.
  • People oriented, solution focused.
  • English - B2/C1.
