• B2B Contract or Contract of Employement
• Work mode: Hybrid in Gdańsk (3-4 times per week from office)
• Salary: Up to 100 PLN net+VAT/h
• Project in the aviation sector
Responsibilities:
• Partners with the Payroll provider and other organizations to ensure correct information is provided for their use in calculating pay.
• Validates complex payroll data received from Payroll provider to ensure quality and timely output for employees.
• Prepares complex payroll and timekeeping management reports.
• Analyzes and helps interpret sophisticated, policies, and payroll per in country regulatory requirements.
• Oversees payroll and timekeeping implementations at new business locations.
• Supports cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and tools.
• Addresses employee inquiries.
• Ensures system compliance by improving internal controls, guidelines to regulatory requirements.
• Teams with other organizations (e.g. Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers in region) to address and support cross – organizational payroll process.
• Serves as organizational point of contact for special projects.
Candidate Profile:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in International payroll environment (including Polish payroll experience).
• Strong written and oral communications in English.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with Workday.
