Client Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer or Technical Lead to join our global team working on a high-impact project for JTI. This role involves supporting and enhancing existing solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will collaborate with international teams, designing and developing scalable solutions to meet business requirements, and ensuring they align with best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions in line with business and technical standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, specifically CSM, CMDB, and Custom Workspaces.
- Implement ServiceNow integrations and develop Scoped Applications.
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, user training, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure all necessary system documentation is completed and updated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow system implementations.
- At least 2 full project cycles working with the ServiceNow CSM module for multinational companies.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, CMDB, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Scoped Applications development and Configurable Workspaces.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end solution delivery in Agile project environments.
- Knowledge of IT processes (ITIL or similar frameworks).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Other languages, especially Japanese, are a plus.
