Client Description:
We seek an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a global project for an International Tabacco company. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and configuration of the ServiceNow CSM module to meet business needs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement system configuration changes.
- Develop and maintain Scoped Applications and Configurable Workspaces on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems as required.
- Provide technical support for issue resolution, system maintenance, and user assistance.
- Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-Go-Live support, ensuring smooth system operation.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and kept up-to-date.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment, ensuring timely updates to tasks and deliverables.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in implementing CSM (Customer Service Management) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration.
- Experience developing Scoped Applications and working with Configurable Workspaces.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations.
- Familiarity with IT processes, with ITIL knowledge being a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
