Client Description:

We seek an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a global project for an International Tabacco company. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure solutions align with business requirements and best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, and configuration of the ServiceNow CSM module to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement system configuration changes.
  • Develop and maintain Scoped Applications and Configurable Workspaces on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems as required.
  • Provide technical support for issue resolution, system maintenance, and user assistance.
  • Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-Go-Live support, ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and kept up-to-date.
  • Collaborate within an Agile environment, ensuring timely updates to tasks and deliverables.


Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in implementing CSM (Customer Service Management) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration.
  • Experience developing Scoped Applications and working with Configurable Workspaces.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations.
  • Familiarity with IT processes, with ITIL knowledge being a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
