Client Description:

The Solution Architect Senior will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical architecture solutions for the Data Analytics and Insights Product Line within TechOps IT. This role will focus on two primary products, Manufacturing Intelligence Solution (MIS) and Make Assess Release Cockpit (MARC), supporting the pharmaceutical manufacturing production lines and task coordination for front-line operations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), to identify key challenges and propose IT-based solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Technical Architecture Design: Develop and test technical architectures for MIS and MARC products, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient designs.
  • Collaboration with SMEs: Engage with subject matter experts to understand challenges, inefficiencies, and technical requirements in manufacturing and operational tasks.
  • IT Solutions Implementation: Propose and deliver innovative IT solutions to optimize product performance, reduce manual processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Product Support and Evolution: Work on the ongoing development and support of MIS and MARC products, including adapting MARC to meet new ERP Global Standardization Initiative requirements across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • GMP Compliance: Ensure that all solutions and dashboards comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards where applicable.
  • Self-Service BI Enablement: Facilitate the development of self-service BI tools for power users through the use of existing data models.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture for large-scale IT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in data analytics, BI tools, and visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with GMP-validated systems and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and work coordination tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative IT solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Prefered Qualifications:

  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing IT systems.
  • Experience in implementing ERP Global Standardization Initiatives.
  • Experience in self-service BI platforms and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
