Client Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Workday Lead Developer to join A global leader in pharmaceuticals and diagnostic. This role will involve the creation and management of a new application aimed at awarding employees who have significantly contributed to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Workday Extend application focused on granting awards to employees contributing to company success.
- Build and manage custom business objects, page flows, orchestrations (up to 5), and "to-do" tasks within Workday Extend.
- Implement security policies, data subsets for nominators and approvers, and workflows in the application.
- Collaborate closely with the project squad comprising Solution Architects, Developers, Compensation Experts, and Agile Coaches.
- Apply agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum) with customer interaction through demos and feedback sessions.
- Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions across Workday HR modules, particularly focused on inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and align the solution architecture with business needs.
- Participate in testing cycles and Workday customization activities for a seamless end-to-end delivery of integrations.
- Align project strategy with stakeholders and guide the team on integration strategies and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Studio development, including hands-on experience designing and deploying Extend applications.
- Strong background in Workday HR modules such as core HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, and performance.
- Proven experience with Workday integration architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Technical and project management skills, with a track record of leading Workday Extend/Studio projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
