Client Description:
We are looking for a Workday Specialist (Configurator) to join a global leader in pharmaceuticals and diagnostic. This role will involve the configuring the Time Tracking and Absence module including testing and documentation and needs to be comfortable with working in SAFE / Scrum in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of Workday integration solutions.
- Participate in all test cycles to validate integration performance.
- Provide guidance to ensure best practices in architecture and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align project needs and deliverables.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Workday Studio development experience.
- Specialization: Time Tracking and Absence Management.
- Workday Configuration: Proven skill in configuring Workday, testing, and documentation.
- Integrations:
- Hands-on experience with designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions for various Workday HR modules (such as core HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, etc.).
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting Workday integration issues.
- Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and assessing their impact on Workday integrations architecture.
- Direct involvement in both inbound and outbound interfaces development.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and coordinate project schedules and guide the team on integration strategies.
- Workday Customization: Experience with customization, tuning, and adjusting workflows within Workday.
