Marta Sikorska

Marta has been on board for 3 years.

I have been with Adecco for 3 years with a six-month break at Erasmus in Portugal. I started as a receptionist at the Warsaw HQ, which was a major challenge for such a young person as me.

Back in Portugal, I already knew that I wanted to return to Adecco and try my hand at recruiting. For me, the people are the greatest value of this company. Every day I have a chance to liaise with colleagues from other cities and regions and from multiple functions. We can grow together and share experience. Thanks to such programmes as Exchange Experience, I was invited to check out what it is like to work in different Adecco offices.

I am currently working as a Recruitment Specialist in one of our Warsaw offices. I am responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment at all possible levels.

I am an optimist who is realistic about the world around me. My passion is short and long-distance travelling. Every year I try to see a place that I have never seen before.

I am also keen on hitch-hiking. Back in May, I participated in a hitch-hiking race to Croatia and even set a new record: I reached my destination within 15 hours!

I work for Adecco for over 2 years. Over this time, I have not had a single boring day at work!

My daily routine covers recruitment and selection of candidates in international projects.

Adecco means tremendous opportunities, such as meeting people from different regions, industries, specialisations or interests. So, you end up with a whole lot of different acquaintances!

Another advantage, apart from great people, is also development through: training, sharing knowledge, learning from others, webinars, e-learning, participation in new projects, continuous improvement of competence, and an increasing knowledge base.

Whenever I leave my desk, I grab a good book or learn languages: now, I am studying Swedish, then moving on to Spanish!

Meanwhile, I am learning about Scandinavian culture, and recently I have been contributing my cycle miles to Win4Youth because helping others is part of our corporate DNA.

I have been working at Adecco for 5 years around Dutch projects. In my free time, I learn Dutch. I am always hungry for a good read. Every day I hustle through the jammed city streets by bike. I like jogging, skating and jumping on trampolines; I know everything about a cardio workout. I am fully engrossed in the Win4Youth initiative which helps young people believe in a better future... because helping is cool!

I like travelling short and long distances and spend time with my family and friends. All in all, I like anything but sitting on my hands.

Agnieszka, our Permanent Recruitment Specialist, boasts one of the longest seniorities in Adecco and is a gear example that #Adeccowciąga. Agnieszka has been with us for 10 years!

And what does Agnieszka consider the most important thing?

People, passion, commitment, teamwork, relationship-building, sharing positive energy, mutual support, creating something new together, improvements, working for others, sharing knowledge and experiences: because we can do more together.

Over the last 10 years, Adecco has changed almost beyond recognition, but, as Agnieszka puts it, people have remained the first priority.

I started my career with internship. Thanks to what Adecco has given me, I have had the opportunity to address new professional challenges. Work is my passion.

Currently, I am involved in the implementation of permanent recruitment projects. I am also one of the few Adecco Poland Ambassadors. We work actively towards making Adecco the best possible place to work because the Employee's opinion is important to the company.

And what about after-work activities? I am learning Chinese and Italian and exploring Chinese, Portugal, and Italian cultures. Travelling and photography are my passions: I take pictures wherever I go and at any time of the day or night. I really enjoy going to concerts, especially film music events. Generally, I try to make my free time as busy as possible, which is why you can often see me in fitness classes.

Besides from professional satisfaction, working at Adecco has also kindled my interests in exotic cultures that I encountered during my travels won in company competitions.

Natalia Ryczko

Konrad Gniadek

Konrad has a relatively short seniority at Spring: he joined the team only a few months ago. Gabriela is a record holder at Adecco: she has been with us for 12 years. She is a living example that #Adecco works like a magnet!

Gabriela has worked in various functions and has covered an extensive career path at Adecco: from a small office manager, office director in dispersed locations with 15 people on her team, up to today’s position where she assists and instructs her colleagues how to enhance recruitment projects in south Poland (27 offices and about 60 recruitment specialists). She uses her knowledge to help out anybody who needs it: managers, recruitment specialists, or trainees. She was also awarded our most prestigious corporate prize: the Employee of the Quarter (awarded by other employees).

After 12 years, Gabriela keeps emphasising that for her, as for Adecco, the employees are the greatest asset.

I have been with Adecco for 12 years. For 10 years, I was in charge of the Bielsko-Biała branch as a manager and later the branch director. For the last two years, I have been leading the recruitment services.

Working at Adecco is my passion, challenge and a mine of possibilities. It helps me grow, work my way up and share knowledge with other people in the house but also learn from others.

I have a sense of appreciation and internal responsibility for what I do.
