Selection of proven employees from an internal database – our own database, which we have, means you can be sure that the temporary employee delegated to your company will be a suitable candidate for a specific position.

Adequate selection of temporary employees – those who in other companies were late, abandoned the workplace or otherwise violated the rules are deleted from the Adecco database with a note regarding the reason.

Full recruitment process – our temporary employees and contractors undergo extended recruitment (resume screening, phone interview, face-to-face, reference checks, etc.). We do not accept people without first checking their employee profile. We also do not recommend such people for work.

Selection of employees who meet the criterion of manual dexterity – in the case of manual workers, we conduct special Adecco Xpert manual tests that check the skills and aptitude of candidates in this area (upon request).
